Ernest Hemingway said, “The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places.” It was during a particularly challenging time of transition that I discovered the art and craft of coaching. I was hungry for tools that would allow me to get unstuck in my life. After reacquiring some order in my world, I was trained and certified as a Life Coach with the Martha Beck Institute. Since then, I have continued my study of coaching models and in 2016 I earned a certification from the College of Divorce Coaches. In 2023, I studied with Internal Family Systems and earned the designation of IFS-informed Coach.
It is my strong belief that our lives don’t happen to us, but that we—through our thoughts and choices—happen to our lives. This may sound like bad news (because dammit, now we can’t blame anyone else) but trust me, this is really good news. When we wake up to the patterns and beliefs that unconsciously drive us, we can get real about what’s in the way of us living the lives we desire. And once we know what is holding us back, we can get going about the business of saying what we want to say, choosing what we want to choose, and living our lives with purpose and intention. Everything we need to design the life we want resides inside of us.
I am unrelentingly curious about the brain science behind behavioural change. I combine scientific research, strategic coaching tools, active listening, and my natural curiosity to help my clients identify and then close the gap between where they are and where they aim to be, both in their professional and personal lives.

“She never seemed shattered; to me, she was a breathtaking mosaic of the battles she’s won.”
~Matt Baker
I am a heart based artist and the creator of beautiful moments that incite open hearted and authentic connections. Through my accepting attentiveness, I hold space that fosters an environment for others to feel safe in their vulnerability. My pure intent to fill the space around me with loving and compassionate energy helps me to encourage others to also not only see the path of love, but to make a conscious effort to regularly choose it.
I have always loved to create things with my hands. Through my use of various mediums, I have been able to produce heartfelt and timeless keepsakes. With my art, I remind my clients to proudly stand in their truth, and to live in alignment with their own core values. In this way, my work transcends the traditional business relationships. I am in the business of providing more than just a physical product. I ensure my work encourages a deeper human connection by provoking genuine emotion; when my art incites tears, I know I have done my job well. I am always so honoured to be a small part of others’ love stories.
I have done extensive soul work as I learned to maneuver through grief, pain and loss; as I learned to bravely face fear; and as I learned to be comfortably peaceful in my own skin.
I embrace life, I embrace opportunities to grow, and I know there is always something amazing on the other side of struggles and pain. I wholeheartedly know that - no matter what - there is always something to be grateful for. I choose to live in the light, knowing that yucky things thrive in dark places. I say 'NO' to things I do not want in my life, so I am able to say 'YES' to the things that I do. I always choose to go where the peace is, I choose to live fearless, and I put a piece of my heart into everything I create.
